Online Advising
Prior to enrollment, first time college students must meet with an advisor in person at any of our advising locations. For additional advising questions, you may call 316-322-3163 or 316-218-6259. Other students may also meet with an advisor or start the online enrollment process by completing the Release to Enroll Form.
Each semester, students must contact an advisor to be released to enroll online via Pipeline. An advisor will then contact you via e-mail to let you know when you have been released to enroll. Every effort will be made to contact you within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please keep in mind that during times of heavy enrollment (January, March, April, August, October, November), it may take longer than two business days to respond.
Since college requirements and policies are subject to change, all replies are to be used as advisory and informational only and will not constitute an official determination by Butler Community College. Please be aware that because of the nature of the Internet and email technology, there can be no assurance of confidentiality when using this on-line service.
Online advising is intended to make your mandatory advising sessions more convenient. All first-time college students must meet in person with an academic advisor in order to enroll. (Exception: if you live more than one hour away from one of our advising centers)
