Spring 2012 Return Dates

• A Butler Bookstore receipt is required
• Books purchased NEW must remain in original condition
  • Free of writing or highlighting
  • Contain all components
  • Passwords, authorization codes and/or access codes unopened and inactivated with shrink wrap intact
• Books purchased USED
  • Must contain all components
• Clothing, Gifts, and Supplies are returnable for 15 days from the date of purchase, with a receipt, in new condition, in original packaging.

Intersession classes – (January 3 – January 13) last day for refund - January 3, 2012
16 Week classes – (January 17 – May 11) last day for refund - January 31, 2012
8 Week classes – (January 17 – March 9) last day for refund - January 24, 2012
8 Week classes – (March 12 – May 11) last day for refund - March 27, 2012
6 Week classes – (January 17 – February 24) last day for refund - January 24, 2012
6 Week classes – (February 27 – April 13) last day for refund - March 6, 2012
4 Week classes – (January 17 – February 10) last day for refund - January 23, 2012
4 Week classes – (February 13 - March 9) last day for refund - February 17, 2012
4 Week classes – (March 12 - April 13) last day for refund - March 16, 2012
4 Week classes – (April 16 - May 11) last day for refund - April 20, 2012
AAC Classes – returnable through the 1^st 3 days of class or enrollment date.
Allied Health Classes – returnable through the 1^st 2 days of class.

Classes less than 4 weeks have no refund after the first class meeting.

Books and study aids purchased during the last 2 weeks of class will only be considered for buy-back.

**The student is responsible for providing a course schedule showing class start date.

Refund Payment:

If the student has an outstanding balance with the college the credit will be applied to the student's account; otherwise, a check will be mailed to the student in a timely manner. Purchases made by cash or check will be processed through our Accounts Receivable Office. Purchases made by book voucher or financial aid will be credited to the student's account immediately. Purchases made by credit card must be applied to that credit card.

Cancelled classes:

Classes that are cancelled by college – the posted return deadlines and condition criteria apply.
