Composites Engineering Technology

About the Program

At Butler Community College you will learn specific skills that are used in aerospace composites. You will also receive a much broader understanding of composites as they apply to other industries (such as marine, medical, wind energy, sporting goods). You will individually make many samples and parts to learn these skills. You will work with some of the most advanced processes, materials and techniques. You will also integrate other areas (including Catia, CNC, manufacturing engineering) to learn how to design, fabricate, and repair composite parts.
