Early Childhood Education - One-Year Certificate
The One-Year Certificate provides individuals with practical skills in the field of child care and prepares them to assist, teach, or manage a day care and preschool facilities. It also includes many useful courses for the student wanting to be a nanny. This is a vocationally-oriented program that includes 30 hours in Early Childhood Development and basic skills areas in spelling, math, writing and interpersonal communications. The student in this program can move directly into the AAS Degree.
