Forms in pdf format downloaded from this web page perform best with the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 or higher and with either browser Netscape or Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.

You may fill out the Adobe pdf forms on your computer, print, mail, or fax the paper forms directly to our office. Please do not attach pdf's as an e-mail attachment unless you have the FULL version of Adobe Acrobat or you have a scanner. If you fill out the pdf's with the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader software, your attachments will be blank.

All documents received by 3:00 p.m. in our office will be posted the same day. Otherwise, the posting date will be the following business day. Submit your required documents EARLY - we process financial aid in an 'all documents received' date order. Once ALL of your required documents are received, it can take 3-4 weeks before an award will be made

To expedite paperwork, include the student's name and Butler student ID number on any document submitted to our office. After you have downloaded the form(s), complete on your computer, PRINT, and submit all completed forms to our office.

***DO NOT FAX/MAIL TRANSCRIPTS: Required transcripts must be Official and mailed directly from your school to the Registrar's Office (or from your State Department of Education for GED's).

***DO NOT FAX the FAFSA Signature Page: Federal regulations require a WET signature to sign a paper FAFSA or a paper signature page, or the student/parent can electronically sign the FAFSA using their PIN.

All required documents due dates to avoid a payment contract:
July 1 for Fall; December 1 for Spring; May 1 for Summer
