Faculty can provide names of student who are in need of academic and student support services. Names are submitted via the Early Alert Survey sent from the Office of Retention. Faculty can access their individual courses and course rosters and submit names for early intervention. Additionally, Faculty and Staff can submit alerts via pipeline by accessing the faculty, employee quick clicks or Butler Forms under “Registrar” section. Follow-up is done by e-mail and/or phone call by the Retention Specialist.
