To improve the Great Grizzly Deed (GGD) program to where employees are widely recognized for an exceptional deed or act, the following are details outlining the new GGD program:

The GGD form is now online for you to complete in Pipeline, Staff Dev tab, Great Grizzly Deed Channel or http://butlercatalog.butlercc.edu/forms/grizzly_deed_form.cfm

GGD nominees and recipients will be posted monthly on the Staff Development website

All GGD recipients will receive their accomplishment and GGD pin through campus mail

The newly formed GGD team will determine the top four recipients on a quarterly basis

The top four GGD recipients on a quarterly basis will receive a gift certificate to the BCC bookstore (1^st place - $100/2^nd place - $75/3^rd place - $50/4^th place - $25)

2013 GGD Timeline:

1st quarter 2013 - nominate employees for GGD by 3/29/13. GGD team chooses top 4 GGD recipients by 4/12/13.

2^nd quarter 2013 - nominate employees for GGD by 6/28/13. GGD team chooses top 4 GGD recipients by 7/12/13.

3^rd quarter 2013 - nominate employees for GGD by 9/30/13. GGD team chooses top 4 GGD recipients by 10/14/13.

4^th quarter 2013 - nominate employees for GGD by 12/20/13. GGD team chooses top 4 GGD recipients by 1/13/14.
