Butler Community College (BCC) is approved for certification of students eligible to receive educational assistance from the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). The VA Education Benefits Certifying Official at BCC is located in the Registrar's Office in El Dorado. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is always best to schedule an appointment when wanting to visit in person with the VA Education Benefits Certifying Official. The VA Education Benefits Certifying Official will be happy to discuss any questions regarding your educational benefits, rights and responsibilities.
