Butler’s vocal music program is known throughout across the country for training expressive, high-talent musicians in a variety of styles. Whether you major in music or simply want to perform in an ensemble, you are welcome in Butler’s music program.  Nationally-recognized faculty, who are active performers, educators and adjudicators, are committed to providing quality education and vocal experiences you will never forget. Vocal students also participate in workshops with world-renowned clinicians and composers and perform state-wide. Our Music Education program gives you the skills to teach instrumental and vocal music to students in Kindergarten through grade 12. Once you complete your associate degree in music education, you can transfer to a bachelor's degree program at a four-year university

Estimated tuition for Music - Vocal = $10,020**

**This includes two years of tuition and student fees based on being a Kansas Resident and taking 65 credit hours. Registration fee of $15 each semester not included. Technology Access Charge not included. Housing and meal plans not included. Fees may vary depending on specific electives.

ESTIMATED COST FOR ACTIVITY SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS = $1,980

Many students in the Fine Arts and Communication division apply for Activity Scholarships which equal in amount to the cost of two years of tuition based on being a Kansas Resident and taking 60 credit hours and estimated books.
