Butler‘s agriculture program offers over 40 courses designed to meet the growing needs of our incoming students and their potential career paths. Your degree path will dictate what courses work for you. That‘s right, YOU decide! You can select from courses in the areas such animal and food sciences, agribusiness, agronomy, range management, and livestock management. Our faculty prides itself on utilizing the most up–to–date technology and resources available so you can stay on the cutting edge of today‘s ever–changing, agricultural world. In your generation, agriculture will be asked to feed a growing population by using fewer resources. Our coursework will give you the knowledge base and hands–on training to be a part of that effort!

Located just 1/2 mile off the main campus, our newly renovated agriculture building offers you teaching and lab space that is difficult to find at the two-year level! Additionally, our range land and cow herd gives you an opportunity for hands-on experience to compliment your newly acquired classroom knowledge.
