Advancers, the Advance Kansas Alumni Association, was established as a Community Action Project of Advance Kansas, Class III in 2011. Advancers brings together current and past Advance Kansas participants to continue the conversation in the following ways:
Recruit
Advancers spread the word and assist in identifying potential Advance Kansas Leadership program participants to continue the development of a pipeline of leaders in the state of Kansas.
Build Bridges/Network
Advancers Alumni members share knowledge and resources through networking opportunities with other like minded leaders in Kansas.
Increase Awareness
Advancers facilitate or promote training, workshops, film series and discussion groups on the subject of diversity.
