Auditioning students, please fill out the form below before the date of your audition. Please also remember to have a music instructor fill out the Prospective Vocal Music Student Recommendation Form.

11. Butler Vocal Music prides itself on inclusion and non-biased acceptance. Certain ensembles require students to wear costumes that are already purchased by the college. Your sizing information will be used to help plan the budget necessary to adequately outfit new students. Required I understand and will complete the information as accurately as possible. I do not wish to share my sizes or measurements. I understand this may impact my placement into an ensemble which uses college-purchased costumes.
