On our El Dorado campus, we view residence life as an opportunity to extend our student's learning experience in a community environment that gives you ample opportunities to interact with other residents. We plan events and activities designed to build your skills in social and civic engagement, skills that will enrich your professional and personal life long after you have graduated.
We also make it a high priority to make you feel at home on campus. Our residences offer four distinct options in living arrangements:
- On-Campus Apartments: Women Residents
- Cummins Hall: Men Residents
- East Hall: Women Residents
- West Hall: Men Residents

Contracts and & $150 deposits due for our first time Residents

'25-'26 Housing Application goes live
May 10, 2024
Last day for returners to guarantee a room for Fall '25-Spring '26 by filling out the application and paying their $150 deposit. *First time Residents will not pay the deposit until later*
Week of May 19, 2025
We will reach out via Butler email letting students know if they have received a room
June 1, 2025
Contracts and & $150 deposits due for our first time Residents
Week of June 9, 2025
Room assignments and roommates for residents that completed the contracts and deposit will be posted via the Housing Portal
