Application deadlines:

Spring deadline is March 20th

Summer deadline is July 20th

Fall deadline is November 20th.

Late applications are accepted. Late applicants may not be included in Butler Community College publications regarding graduation (including the printed commencement program) or be considered for graduation related scholarship opportunities.

Completing this application to graduate does not guarantee graduation. 

Final graduation verification will begin after all grades are posted at the end of each semester. Diplomas will be mailed after graduation has been verified.
