Real-World Marketing Experience
Get the real-world experience you need before you graduate.
Service Learning at Butler is an academic and co-curricular tool to engage students in learning through meaningful service on and off campus. By reflecting on service that addresses genuine community needs, students meet course learning outcomes, become civically engaged, and move purposefully toward becoming responsible, involved, contributors to the vitality of their communities.
Students in Marketing and Management courses have created marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and advertisements for area businesses and non-profits alike. Some of the area organizations we have partnered with include the United Way of El Dorado, Flint Hills Therapeutic Riding Center, Alex's House Animal Shelter, Shear Spirit Hair Salon, Sweet 120, the Drug Endangered Children's Protocol, Circle Gallery Frame Shop, and many more.
By partnering with such organizations, Marketing and Management students have gained valuable real-world experience while learning from and helping local businesses.
