Third Party Degree/Enrollment Verification
Butler Community College has authorized National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verifications to third party requestors such as prospective employers, health insurance companies, housing authorities, banks, scholarship agencies, etc.
The Registrar’s Office will not verify this information directly over the phone or via email.

Student Enrollment Verifications
Enrolled students may request enrollment verifications by contacting the Registrar’s office at 316-322-3123, [email protected], or in person.
Note: Butler Community College sends student enrollment data to National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) once a month. Recent changes in enrollment may not be reflected on NSC.
