Recognition Form
Is there someone on campus that you would like to recognize their efforts? Did someone go beyond their job and help you or someone else in a way that deserves special recognition? The President’s Office would like to recognize all of the special efforts from students, staff and faculty at Butler. Please use this form to submit your recognition. From there the President’s Office will recognize them in a variety of ways from thank you notes to recognition at a Board of Trustees meeting and more.
