Refunds
All refund requests are subject to a $25 processing fee and potential material costs, excluding cases of Workforce class cancellations (e.g., due to weather, low enrollment, instructor illness, etc.).
- A 100% refund (less $25) will be issued if a participant withdraws at least 7 business days before the scheduled class date.
- No refund will be provided if a participant withdraws less than 7 business days before the scheduled class date and time.
- Materials cannot be returned or refunded if they are unwrapped or opened.
Payment Policy:
Payment is a prerequisite for registration. Workforce offers the flexibility to invoice companies or individuals if using a credit card is not feasible. Payments can be made via POs, checks or money orders. For registration, please contact Workforce at 316.323.6118.
CDL Course Refund Policy:
To secure a place on the schedule for the CDL driving course:
- Full payment is required.
- Proof of successful completion of the following must be submitted:
- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ELDT Report
- DOT Physical Exam
- CDL Learner's Permit
- State Issued Driver's License.
Once the CDL course has been scheduled:
- No refunds will be issued.
- Rescheduling is not allowed after 30 days from the course date.
