LES PADZENSKY - Director
An award-winning professional with more than 30 years of management experience in the local culinary and hospitality industry, Padzensky has worked for several notable food and hospitality organizations in the Wichita area, including LaTour Management, Inc., where he helped manage Piccadilly Market & Grill and Timberline Steakhouse & Grill, and Epoch Development where he was a Regional Manager for Freddy's Frozen Custard.
ETHAN MOULDS - Head Culinary Instructor
At the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in St. Louis, MO, Moulds was immersed in the world of global cuisine while learning both culinary and patisserie (pastry) cooking techniques as well as volume food preparation and the principles of safe food handling. Professionally, Moulds has worked as a pastry chef, a culinary specialist and instructor for Williams Sonoma, and most recently as a private chef for a Wichita medical office.
