By June 1, 2024: Gold Hill Survey sent to College stakeholders on behalf of the Board with responses to be returned by June 7th

June 11, 2024: Regular BOT meeting – Presidential qualifications finalized

June 12 – June 30: Presidential Search info developed by Marketing, website prepared and position posted by June 30

July 1 – August 12, 2024: Applications accepted

August 12, 2024 : Application deadline

August 19, 2024: Search Consultant meets with Screening Committee to determine semifinalists

Week of Sept 9th, 2024: Screening Committee meets with semifinalists

Week of Sept 16th, 2024: Screening Committee meets with consultant to select finalists for on-campus Trustee interviews and open forums

October 1, 2024: Press release/announcement of finalists including biographies posted to the website

Week of October 7th, 2024: On-campus finalist open forums and interviews with the Board of Trustees

Week of October 14th, 2024: Board of Trustees meets to discuss final candidates and select President

November 12, 2024: Approves contract and announces next President

January 2025: New President begins at Butler
