You’ll build a strong foundation in music theory, piano skills and teaching methods while developing your own artistry. Our experienced educators and professional musicians will help you inspire young learners through performance and instruction.

We're here to help you gain confidence, expand your experience and build a résumé that prepares you for a successful career in music education. You’ll practice your craft and effective teaching strategies. We provide immersive classroom experiences in local schools and unique leadership opportunities in student organizations and ensembles.

Strong music teachers are strong musicians! You continue growing as a performer through instrumental, vocal and dance opportunities that build confidence, collaboration and leadership. Whether you perform in Band or Choir, you strengthen the skills you’ll bring to your future students.
